Founder, Strategic Entrance
Steve Michel is an experienced life-sciences operations and technology executive with more than 25 years of leadership across biotechnology, IT, facilities, EH&S, enterprise systems, cybersecurity and regulated operations.
Steve holds an MBA and has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
He spent 16 years facilitating the growth of a 25-person biotech startup into a 350-person fully integrated biopharma business, ultimately serving as Vice President of IT & Facilities Operations. During that journey, he helped scale the organization, build resilient operating infrastructure, support public-company and cGMP requirements, and guide the business through periods of rapid growth and significant change.
Through Strategic Entrance, Steve now brings that experience to emerging life-science companies, helping leadership teams build practical, stage-appropriate operations that support strong science without creating unnecessary complexity or cost.
