Ongoing responsibility

Fractional leadership

We take ongoing responsibility for agreed operating areas, with clear priorities, action tracking and a regular leadership cadence.

We work within your existing leadership team, connecting functional leaders and specialist partners around the work that needs attention. The role, delegated decision authority, escalation paths and measures of progress are agreed at the start. You gain an accountable operating leader who stays engaged as priorities and conditions change.

We assess team needs, recommend roles and suitable team members, support recruitment and selection, and manage and coach the team within the agreed leadership scope.

Fractional roles can be scoped as COO, CIO, CTO, CISO or SVP-level IT, Facilities and EH&S leadership.

Typical outputs

  • Operating priorities and a sequenced roadmap

  • System, data and integration requirements
  • Security priorities, governance and continuity responsibilities

Facilities & EH&S

SVP

Connect laboratory capacity, equipment, maintenance and workplace needs with EH&S priorities. Coordinate Facilities, safety specialists and scientific teams, with ongoing accountability for agreed operating areas and readiness.

Defined delivery

Project Management

We lead a defined initiative, coordinating your teams, vendors and milestones through completion, with a delivery plan, progress updates and handover.

Each project connects the operating need to an agreed scope, named owners and acceptance criteria. We manage dependencies, decisions and changes while your team and specialist partners carry out their assigned work.

We recommend suitable internal and external project team members and help recruit additional capability where needed. We manage team responsibilities, coordination and delivery within the agreed project scope.
